Built on Reputation. Driven by Craft.
For over 25 years, Healey Construction has been delivering exceptional builds across Nottingham and the East Midlands — earning the trust of homeowners, developers, and businesses alike.
Our Story
Healey Construction was founded in 2001 by Charles Healey, a former Chartered Surveyer with a vision to bring genuine craftsmanship back to the construction industry. Starting with a small team of four, the company quickly built a reputation for quality, reliability, and an uncompromising attention to detail.
Through the 2000s and 2010s, we grew steadily — taking on increasingly ambitious residential and commercial projects across Nottinghamshire and the wider East Midlands. Each project reinforced our belief that great construction is about more than bricks and mortar; it is about the people who will live and work in the spaces we create.
Today, Healey Construction is one of the region's most respected construction companies, with a portfolio spanning luxury new builds, high-end renovations, and commercial developments. We remain privately owned, hands-on, and as committed to quality as the day we started.
What We Stand For
Three principles have guided every project we have ever delivered.
Craftsmanship
We believe in doing things properly. Every material is selected with care, every joint is made with precision, and every finish is inspected to the highest standard before we hand over the keys.
Integrity
We say what we mean and deliver what we promise. Our clients trust us with their most significant investments, and we take that responsibility seriously — from the first consultation to the final walkthrough.
Partnership
The best results come from genuine collaboration. We work closely with clients, architects, and designers throughout every project, ensuring the finished building reflects the original vision — and often exceeds it.
